The curtain of the two-month “The 2nd SUNSHINE BABY Cup Drawings &Compositions Contest”, hosted by Culture & Brand Department of Sunshine Insurance Group, finally came down in Beijing last week. All together, it collected nearly 200 works including 150 drawings and 50 compositions from branches of Sunshine Life and Sunshine P&C nationwide. The amazing creativity and rich imagination demonstrated by the next generation of Sunshine Insurance impressed experts and top management very much.

Guided by the principle of “Justice, Openness, Fairness”, Sunshine Insurance Group Culture & Brand Department invited Mr. Ji Dong from Beijing Children’s Palace to be the judge of drawings while a senior journalist from Beijing media circle was asked to be responsible for composition evaluation. Mr. Ji Dong, a Beijing-based state-level expert, has been teaching children’s drawing for years and has served as judge in a lot of national children’s drawing contests.

Through strict procedures, “The 2nd SUNSHINE BABY Cup Drawings & Compositions Contest ” produced 3 Special Awards, 5 First-class Awards, 7 Second—class Awards and 13 Third-class Awards separately for two sub-groups (age 3-6) and (age 7-12) for drawings, while 2 First-class Prizes, 3 Second—class Prizes and 4 Third-class Prizes were selected for compositions.

This contest aims at helping “Sunshine Babies”, the next generation of Sunshine Insurance Group, to have a better understanding of their parents’ social role. With caring culture as its core values, Sunshine Insurance has always placed its staff at the first position. In Chairman & President Zhang Weigong’s words, to care about staff’s children is to care about staff.
Some of the winning works are going to be published not only at www.ygbx.com but also on Sunshine Insurance’s journal.
Last year, Sunshine P&C Insurance had held “The First SUNSHINE BABY Cup Drawings & Compositions Contest”, collecting over 80 pieces of works.
